SADAELS' exchange and return policy is similar to that of the showroom. 1. Send us an email to sales@sadaels.com
2. In the email, indicate the following information: - Order number and product to be exchanged or returned.
- Reason: exchange or return, either for store credit or refund via credit card.
- With this information, our customer service department will contact you to coordinate the exchange or return in the shortest time possible.

CHANGES
All products you purchase through www.sadaels.com can be exchanged within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order or returned within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of receipt of the order.
The Products must be in the same condition in which they were sent, without having been used, and with the original packaging and labels in good condition. Original Packaging is called Boxes/Protective covers for shoes, jewelery bags, plastic bags and adhesives to protect tights and bikinis, guarantees and explanatory brochures are considered part of the product. Personalized products with adjustments (hem, darts, etc.) cannot be exchanged or returned. Not washed or worn, no odors or stains, no marks on the sole or alterations made by the customer.
The client must exchange or return the products through shipping by Andreani, the shipping of the first exchange is free of charge, then it will be the responsibility of the client. To do this, you must inform our Customer Service center of this circumstance. The shipping costs reported cover only one purchase and one exchange or return. If any further movement is necessary, the expense will be borne by the client.
IMPORTANT: no changes are made to accessories and swimsuits, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.

RETURNS
Despite the attention we pay to our customers' orders and the quality control we carry out before all shipments, exceptionally it may happen that an item has a quality defect.
This applies to returns through the website as well as in the brand's showroom, there is the option to return a product and request store credit or a refund. The value at which you paid for the garment at the time of purchase will be taken, regardless of whether it has a different value at the time of the exchange.
Store credit or credit card refund will be issued once the garment is received in our warehouse and we verify that it is unused, in good condition and retaining its original packaging and labels.

IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WHEN DO I GET A REFUND?
Once your return is received, the refund will be made within a maximum of 48 hours. The amount of the returned items will be refunded to your bank account. The products may be returned within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours from the date of receipt of the order or a credit note may be requested within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
